The year was 1969. 4 Southern California surfers were enjoying a south swell at Point Dune when a foul riptide pulled them out to sea and down to San Onofre, where a nuclear waste had been released by a storm. The surfers transformed into undead zombies with an insatiable thirst for waves and brains, and perform surf, punk, new wave and film score classics to lure new victims.
